UCM and its experts may prescribe to the patient medicinal products or other treatments, processes, services or products related to the treatment of the patient; To the extent that such prescriptions or other treatments, procedures, services or products are discussed by professionals, neither UCM (if any) nor professionals are considered to be explicit or implied claims as to the effectiveness of a medical condition. The patient shall speak to a family physician or specialist about any problems identified or likely to arise during the receipt of member and professional services in accordance with this Agreement. Michigan health care providers who practice or consider concierge medicine should be aware of the contractual and legal considerations that apply to concierge medical practices. . . .
